MVP Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Most Valuable Player App ("MVP App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the MVP App.

2. Description of Service
The MVP App is a platform that allows sports teams and their members to:

• Create and join team profiles

• Track game rounds and performance

• Vote for teammates after games

• View statistics and player rankings

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration
To use the MVP App, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Team Management

4.1 Creating Teams
Users may create teams and become team administrators. Team creators are responsible for maintaining appropriate team names and information.

4.2 Joining Teams
Users may join existing teams using invitation codes or methods provided within the app.

5. Voting System

5.1 Fair Voting
Users agree to vote fairly and honestly when participating in post-game voting. Manipulation of the voting system is prohibited.

5.2 Vote Privacy
While individual votes are kept private, aggregated results are visible to team members.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the MVP App, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing the MVP App services.

6.2 Prohibited Content
Users agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

7.1 Data Collection
We collect and process user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the MVP App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7.2 Data Storage
User data, team information, and voting records are stored on Firebase servers and may be cached locally on your device to improve performance.

8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the MVP App or any features at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

9.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the MVP App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the MVP App

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the MVP App

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you through the MVP App or via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the MVP App after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
